Aspire Front Page Widgets Not Activating

Is theres something gone wrong with the Aspire theme? I purchased the Aspire theme about a year ago and just starting to use it. The front page 1 widget is not activating when I insert a blank text widget. The rest of the homepage wouldn’t activate as well when I insert the HTML from the theme tutorials.

It’s still working on the demo and every other site I’ve seen using it. There might be an external conflict, like a plugin, or custom code that’s conflicting with it.

Do you have a link that I can take a look at?

If I can’t figure it out from the link, then I may need a temporary login so I can see if I can locate where the issue is coming from.
