Display both Primary and Secondary Sidebar in single column

Hi,

I need help on how to put the secondary sidebar below the primary sidebar.

The reason behind is I want to utilize the secondary sidebar as dynamic sidebar, to show specific widgets pages like lead gen forms. And primary sidebar as a generic sidebar where it shows to all pages or vice versa.

In my live/main site, I’m using Dynamic Widget plugin to manage the widget display but as my widgets grow, I’m having a really hard time managing and locating them. I think the Custom Sidebar plugin will help me manage the widgets of each page better.

The end result is;
1- One sidebar is static and the other is dynamic
2- Both sidebars should be in one column, same size
3- Secondary should be inside content-sidebar-wrap with primary sidebar. Currently, it is not.
