The shortcode that you see in the 1st widget links to a plugin for the Video called WP Video Lightbox
The second widget is using the Genesis eNews Plugin. You can download/install this and configure the widget however you need it to look.
The rest of the content on the demo are your Blog Posts and sidebar, which should show up automatically.
