Help setting up the aspire theme

Hello,

I would like to leave my blog http://segredodosgames.com.br/pc-gamer/ with the same structure as: http://10beasts.com/blog/, but I am having difficulties to configure.

I would like help for:

– Make the top menu (primary) disappear when scrolling the page.
– Add the social networking buttons on top of the right side widget.
– Change the footer text
– Add a logo image.

I’ve tried everything, but I could not see how you can see it here http://segredodosgames.com.br/pc-gamer/
