      I am trying to set up my home page. I followed the instructions set up to show latest posts in settings > reading.

      The page displays the home feature sidebars etc but it also displays the primary and secondary sidebar widget areas.

      How do I remove them from the home page.

        Check to see if you have any plugins or custom code added somewhere that may add the sidebars.
