      Hi Wes

      Attempting to replace the demo slider image without success. Followed your advice to an earlier user and edited the stylesheet as follows:

      from: url(images/slider-bg.jpg)
      to: url(http://www.accountingsupport.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/fas-home.png)

      Any ideas?

          Sounds like it was your Browser Cache. Whenever you make CSS adjustments, in some cases it may not show up immediately since your site will show the previous cached page. Anytime that happens, just hit your Reload button and it will instantly clear your Cache and show your latest CSS adjustments.

            I have a similar question to this. I see no slider but in looking at the front-page code and the widget areas, there are places for slider wide and slider but no reference to them in the home page setup page here on your site.

            What slider?

            ah… in looking at your source for the demo, the paralax image (background image) is what you’re calling a slider.

              Hi Wes

              Initially, I successfully replaced the demo background image in the slider by editing the URL in the CSS file.

              I’ve now tried to replace that image with another (Shutterstock) photo in the same way, but the previous image won’t disappear (even after I’d deleted it from my Media Library).

              The new file size is 1mb which I presume is too large to be accommodated.

              Advice please?

                I just tried to check it but unable to since the Coming Soon page is up. Let me know once you deactivate it and I can take a look.
