      Most genesis themes have a “landing page” template that is basically a normal width page centered with no header/footer.

      I can’t seem to find that in the template options here. Is that possible at all? If not, is there good documentation to create one of our own?

      This would be a huge help.

        I added the landing page in version 1.3. You can download the latest version and copy that file (page_landing.php) and then add it to your theme folder.

        It looks like you’re using version 1.2.1, so you’ll need to re-download and unzip the theme to get that file.

        Are you using HTML5? If so, then you should be able to copy that file over with no problem. Just let me know if you run into any issues.

              Did you purchase from this site or SP? If you purchased from here it should be located in your account – https://appfinite.com/my-account…….if you purchased from SP then it should show up on http://my.studiopress.com

              Just let me know if you’re unable to find it and I can help you get setup.

              Genesis child themes don’t have the auto-update feature because most people make edits to their themes. An auto-update would overwrite any of their changes (which could be a lot). The Genesis framework has auto updates since the framework is separate from the child theme. I usually try to let everyone know when I make updates through Twitter, the forums, and soon I’ll have Email notifications for those that are interested in signing up.
