Pixel width of an image in a post?

      Hi,

       

      What is the maximum default pixel width for an image when placed in a post?

       

      I noticed while looking at the classik theme sample site images are 500 and 523.

        Its actually 730px, the images are stretched to adjust to the width of the content.
