I know how to change the slider image in InSync, but the term, “slider” begs the question, can you add more than one image? If so, how is that done?

And, while we’re on the topic, what’s the best way to change the accompanying slider text?

Silly me. Disregard my third question about modifying the text.

Yes you can definitely add more than one image since that’s the purpose of the Slider (slide through multiple images). If I’m misunderstanding your question let me know.

The Slider area is simply a widget area just like the other widget locations. So you can add any type of content you want inside of it.

Which slider are you using? Are you using the Genesis Responsive Slider? If so, there are some tutorials out there that show how to set it up. Here are some video tutorials you can check out – https://www.youtube.com/results?q=genesis+responsive+slider

Let me know if that helps, or correct me if I misunderstood your question.

Hey Wes, I think I may be confused. Since the widget that came with the InSync demo is labeled, “Slider” I thought there should be a slider section where you can add various slides, but I didn’t see one.

Are you saying that I simply use this widget with whatever third-party slider I prefer, like the Genesis version or Soliloquy? If so, do you have a preference?

I made the mistake of adding the Genesis Responsive Slider widget to check it out, but now I can’t get rid of it. How do I remove it from my widget area?

When you open the widget up there should be a Delete option in the bottom corner. You can also drag it out of the widget area. Are those options not available on your end? If not, are you using Accessibility Mode to edit your widgets?
