      Is there any serious differences between the older version of Epik and the newer v. 1.5?

        Yes. The old has set colors, the new has a color customizer so you can select any scheme you want. The header/menu is different. There is a “fade up” effect, and the header resizes when you scroll down. It’s a very nice upgrade..totally different .css and .php function codes largely.

          Thanks Andykev,

          I have installed it on my localhost and trying to replace 1.4 with 1.5.

          Can you tell me if there is another Epik Widget Location Guide like the one listed in this forum?

          I’m mostly missing the widget area on the right in the header. Looks like I can add a menu but nothing else, yes?

            @pcgs51 Most people were just using the Header Right widget area for Menus, but if you want to add it back for other content, you can remove or comment out this line in your functions file – 

            //* Unregister the header right widget area
unregister_sidebar( 'header-right' );

            Make sure and backup/save your previous Theme and any customizations you made in case you want to manually carry any of those over.
