Wes please help me out with this bug. The theme is viewable on all platforms but from the windows Surface tablet, the submenu/subpages from the main nav don’t show up.
Regularly you click on a main nav page to see a drop down of all the subpages, but this doesn’t happen from the Surface tablet.

This doesn’t affect me only, but all of you that purchased the Epik theme, thus it is an issue that needs to be addressed please.

Can you help us fixing this? Again, you would be helping me and all of your buyers, I would appreciate it very much! Thank you.

Unfortunately I don’t have a Surface Tablet so there is no way for me to check whats going on at this moment. I haven’t heard of this issue before, but I’ll send an email to a couple people to see if anyone owns a Surface Tablet to check.

Keep in mind, it’s possible it could just be a bug within the Surface tablet itself. Mobile and tablets browsers render sites in their own way, so if that’s what the issue is, then there isn’t much I’d be able to do since the problem would be from their end. They would have to update their code for the browser. I’m not saying that’s what the issue is, but I thought I’d point that out since this has been the case many times before in the past, especially with Microsoft browsers (mobile, tablets, and desktops). Hopefully I can find someone with access to one of these tablets to check so we can see if the issue is from our end.

Also, if you can, please post a link to your site so others will be able to check what’s going on exactly.

Actually after I searched on Google, this is an issue with Surface. Sorry, and I thank you for your prompt reply. It is terrible that they did not fix this yet. Thanks again!

I was hoping it would be an easy fix. Hopefully they can get it fixed soon.
