WP Admin Bar Not Showing At Top

      I have several of my sites using the Epik theme.

      One of those sites isn’t showing the wp admin bar at the top to edit pages. For instance, it works on the backend but when viewing any page or post the admin bar isn’t there.

      Why would it do this for only one of my sites and how can I fix it?

        If you look at your admin profile page – http://YOUR-SITE.com/wp-admin/profile.php look at the top and you’ll see a check box for the “Visual Editor” which says – “Disable the visual editor when writing”. See if you have that checked or not.

        EDIT: I meant the “Show toolbar” checkbox not the visual editor.

          That box is not checked. I don’t have it checked on any of my sites which use Epik.

          I do have this box checked though. “Show Toolbar when viewing site”

            Sorry, I meant the toolbar not the visual editor.

              Yes, Show Toolbar when viewing site is checked on the site in question. It’s checked on all my sites using Epik.

                    I couldn’t figure it out so I did a Google search and saw this – http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7214647/wordpress-admin-bar-not-showing-on-frontend-of-site There are a lot of suggestions in there that you could try.

                    Since the issue isn’t caused by the theme, I would suggest looking at your each of your plugins, WP install, or any other settings that may be preventing it from showing.
