      I have the featured image set  for all three Home bottom featured page to Home Bottom 290 x 150 and all is the same.  I used the regenerate thumbnails plugin but the #3 featured image is bigger than the other two.  Not sure why.

        Sometimes WordPress resizes images a certain way depending on the size.  For example: a long vertical image will sometimes be resized and show up differently than a wide horizontal image.

        Using the Regenerate thumbnails is the only thing I know to get all of the images to resize correctly.  Also make sure you selected the same size on the Featured Page settings in your widget. (Home Bottom 290×150)

          Thanks.  I ended up resizing.  My client had uploaded the images herself and they were all different sizes.
