      Prettyphoto is working on the portfolio page but not on my gallery thumbs. The plugin is supposed to work on galleries but I think maybe the script used in the theme for the portfolio is causing the gallery script not to work? Do you know how I can fix this?

      If not then how can I change the portfolio thumbs to link to the post instead of opening prettyphoto?

        Actually the prettyPhoto plugin (that came with the theme) is only designed to work for the Portfolio template of the theme, it wasn’t designed for the WP gallery or anything else. 聽If you have other plugins/areas of your site that use prettyPhoto it should still work fine as the theme’s version of prettyPhoto is only loaded on the portfolio template and not other areas of the site. 聽So there shouldn’t be a conflict.

          Thank you! Sorry – I should have been more specific. I installed the prettyphoto plugin that makes galleries show in lightbox because the the prettyphoto script included in the theme interfered with the use a jquery lightbox for native galleries. (not sure why) In any case no matter what I did I couldn’t get my galleries to work in a lightbox because of the theme script.

          I used your instructions for linking to the post instead of the effect so all is well now. Thanks for your quick response – you have awesome themes and your support rocks 馃檪
