      Hi,
      I have the Legacy theme, but I’m having aproblem with my header showing up fully on mobile devices. I tried resizing it a bunch of different ways, but the header is still chopped off everytime I look at my website on a mobile device. I looked at other websites that use the legacy theme, and their headers seem to look fine. Can you help me make it so that my complete header shows on mobile devices, since this is a responsive theme.

        There are a few posts here in the forums that already cover how to do this…..you can do a search for them on the main Forum page – https://appfinite.com/forums/

        Nick Croft has a plugin that does it automatically if you don’t want to code it – http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header-updated (there should be another updated version as well)

        Background images don’t resize by default….but inline images do. So you’ll have to add code to make the background images resize or add a smaller image for mobile devices….either way should work.

          Thanks Eric:) I downloaded Nick’s plugin, but I’m still having some issues…

          1-I downloaded the plugin fine, but when I locate it in my wordpress dashboard it’s listed as Version 0.9.2 instead of version 0.2.1 as stated in nick’s post. I tried looking for the 0.2.1 version but couldn’t find it…

          2-In Nick’s post, it says to go to the “Responsive Header” menu under the Genesis menus item in my dashboard and this will bring up a simple settings screen. Problem I’m having is that when I go to the Genesis menu, I don’t see the “responsive Header” there (the only things listed under the genesis menus are THEME SETTINGS, SEO SETTINGS, IMPORT/EXPORT, README, SIMPLE EDITS, SLIDER SETTINGS).

            Yes you probably just downloaded the latest version, that’s why I mentioned – “there should be another updated version as well””…..so you may already have the latest version.

            I actually haven’t had the time to use the plugin just yet (since I do everything manually with code). If there is an issue with the plugin just let him know and he should be able to point you in the right direction.
