      Hi, I’d like to display specific pages (not the homepage) like certain featured post widget sections (i.e. full width grey background, full width blue etc). As I’m using the featured post widgets for my homepage, I’m wondering how we can put code on other pages, so they display similarly? Thanks in advance for hints and help.

        Sounds like you just need to create a widget area to show up on pages other than the homepage. I googled and came across a few tutorials that explain how to do this (which will save us a lot of time)……Check this one out by Carrie Dils – http://www.carriedils.com/add-widget-area-below-nav/
