JQuery conflict?

Any idea why the tabs I added to the home page are not firing? Its a plugin but I deactivated all the plugins and it still doesn’t work, while it works with other themes active.

When each of the tabs are clicked, they dont change. Would an admin login help you help me? Just let me know if so.

Not really familiar with the plugin so I honestly wouldn’t know. But I doubt it’s a jquery conflict since there is no jquery in the theme except on the portfolio page (which definitely won’t affect the homepage).
