      I used the Genesis Responsive Header Customizer Plugin on a Genesis Child Theme a couple of times before and it works like a dream. I tried to use it on a “demo” website I’m building for someone (on my favorite theme, Ally) but it isn’t working. The demo site’s address is http://www.hightide-web.com/demo.

      Has anyone had this issue before or am I just having an epic Monday?! Thanks so much! – Joi

        I haven’t heard anything myself, but it’s possible there could be updates needed since Genesis 2.0 has came out.

        I’ve never actually used the plugin myself, I always just manually do it. So if you want some help manually adding a logo I can assist if you want.

          Hi, Wes, thanks a lot. The plugin is such a breeze when it acts right, as it provides logos for each of the different sizes of gadgets and gizmos out there. You just load your different sized logos and BOOM! But since the boom isn’t happening for me, is there a code you could show me or point me someplace where you’ve maybe done a tutorial or something? I’d appreciate it SO much.

          Thanks again! – Joi

            We have a lot of other posts here in the forum, but they are all unique since each person’s site has different requirements. What I would recommend is uploading a smaller sized image instead of one that is 960px. The reason why is because the image won’t center correctly when the site is viewed from a mobile browser. It will look cut off. So thats the first thing I’d do.

            The second thing would be to add this to your responsive css area –

            #header {
                background-position: center top !important;
            }

            Then let me take a look and I can see if there’s anything else that needs to be done.

              Thanks a lot, Wes. I’ll give this a try asap. – Joi
