Add Byline to Pages

I’m trying to figure out how to handle adding my byline (rel-author) to pages. Can it be done in Simple Hooks? Before content or after title?

I don’t have a clue on how to write it, so if someone could give me the code to do it, it would be much appreciated.

I don’t know the answer myself, but I googled and came across a lot of posts talking about this. Here is one – http://www.copyblogger.com/wordpress-google-authorship/ and if you need more, you can do a google search to see what else is available.
