On the demo you have a two column and 2 row set in what I believe is Home feature !&2, but in the theme it will only show two items. How can I replicate your four in the demo?

You’re Home Feature 1 and 2 looks exactly like the demo. You can stack widgets on top of each other. Did you get this working or are you referring to something else?
