You can safely customize your child theme’s appearance by adding custom CSS in the WordPress customizer. The CSS you add here will not be overwritten when Genesis is updated.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to add CSS.

Enter your custom CSS in the panel on the left and preview your changes on the right.

When you’re finished, click Publish to preserve your changes.
