Epik works just like all other Genesis child themes, so to create a page template will be the same process. If you create a page template properly then it should show up on the right side of the of the “Page” (not Posts) editor. Page templates only work with Pages, so if you’re creating a “Post” then you won’t see that option. Here is an article on how it works – http://bit.ly/LUXEz0
