Are you saying Facebook shows double content? If so, then there’s not much you can do, that I know of. I’ve had that happen before when I used Facebook. Optimal itself doesn’t control that, it’s all the way Facebook handles it.
Although when I check your link I don’t see double content…..but I’m also not logged in since I don’t have an account.
