This is considered a Customization, so you would need to either do this yourself, search for a tutorial, or hire someone to do it for you if you’re not familiar with customizing css. Most of us usually help with some of the small stuff, but doing something like this goes beyond the scope of support (Rule #3 – https://appfinite.com/topic/forum-rules/), since it will take quite a bit of time and code to implement. Try doing a google search for more tutorials if you’re unable to get the first one to work.
