Epik doesn’t affect WooCommerce functionality. It’s recommended to contact WooCommerce support since this is a 3rd party plugin not created by Appfinite. I’m sure it’s something small as I’ve used it before with this and a few other themes, but the best people to ask would be Woothemes.
