I don’t think it’s the theme, I have it running locally and have setup a few sites with it and never experienced this. Plus the demo is showing up fine – http://demo.appfinite.com/ally/

If you’re adding css and it’s not showing up immediately, then that means you’re probably using a caching plugin of some sort. Check and make sure by deactivating it temporarily….also deactivate any other plugin that may be interfering.

Also, you don’t have to reset your computer, I meant reload the page in your browser by refreshing the page itself.
