Are you using any plugins that modify sidebars in any way? It’s usually a conflicting plugin that either needs to be reset or adjusted. If you’re unable to figure out which one it is, try deactivating each one until it goes away.
The other thing it could be is Custom Code. Have you added any custom code to your theme?
