1 – How would I know otherwise if my theme is out of date? I bet most people out there won’t know.
2 – That’s a HORRIBLE option to upgrade, if all customizations will be loss the trouble is immense, and those steps are not helpful at all. I (probably like a lot of users) would need and appreciate step by step instructions, not just general “here is the minimum answer to your question” response.
How do I get a refund? The trouble of your themes are not worth it and I will just stick with StudioPress created themes.
