I’m sure it’s possible, but that would probably very difficult to do and there’s a possibility it won’t show up consistently across different browsers…..especially a browser like IE. You would need to experiment with css elements like – position: absolute/relative, top, bottom and a lot other things as well in order to do something like this.

A better much easier way is to just add the same background you have in the slider to the 3 widget areas. Then you won’t have to move anything. Just remove the slider content, and add that same image as a background for the 3 feature sections and it would give you the exact look you’re going for.
