As mentioned, it may be difficult to fix since iPad doesn’t have an easy way to inspect code, but lets try some things.

If you move the flags down from the logo, lets see if that makes a difference. Add this to your css in the responsive section (the iPad/tablet section) around line 4053 – ‘

.header-image .title-area {
    clear: both;
}

There may have to be more things done since you added some code and adjusted your css…..but we should be able to get this fixed. Let me know what happens so I can figure out the next step.
