@bocafit Also, I was just notified that you sent us an Email about this post. Every once in a while we may miss a post by mistake due to the large volume that we receive (but that is rare as we usually answer each question).

Keep in mind this is the Community forum and not necessarily a “ticket” system. We answer the majority of the questions here, but since it is a Community we allow other members help each other here as well. Usually what you would want to do in the future is create a separate post rather than posting on another another users thread if you have a question and need support. Posting on another users existing thread will sometimes cause others to think that the “New” post is being answered by someone which would make other members move on to the next “New” post.

So in the future just make sure to create your own Post so that will show up in the New/Fresh list of threads and it will definitely be seen. It’s rare if we miss a post here though, we try to make sure each and every question gets answered.
