I was going to say the exact same thing as @Jason. Definitely check those plugins to see if any of them are causing the issue. I have seen a situation where someone was using an old/outdated plugin that was causing something similar to happen….plus a number of other issues as well.

By making sure you’re using updated and compatible plugins with WordPress will usually prevent this from happening. It’s definitely not Epik that is causing this as there isn’t anything inside of the Child theme that would prevent that from showing up.
