Something must of been changed somewhere (it’s not really possible for it to stop working suddenly).
Are you sure you have the Portfolio Template enabled and activated on your Portfolio page? I took a look at your code and didn’t see any of the code the Portfolio template produces in the source code.
If you want me to login and take a look just let me know. All I would need is a temporary login.
