Ok just logged in.

The link that you sent isn’t a WordPress Page, it appears to be a separate Post Type of some sort labeled “Tickets”. The Portfolio can only be used on regular WordPress Pages since that’s what it was designed for.

I created an example Page (titled Portfolio) to show how it works – http://www.misterlogo.es/portfolio/ click the Edit button on that page to see how it was created. I created a new Page and then selected the Portfolio Template in the right sidebar under Templates.
