If there’s a new update I usually create a sticky post at the top of the forum (for each theme), and we make sure to share on Social Media. Other than that, I’ve also been adding the latest changes in the Readme file inside the theme.
There haven’t been any major updates needed in a while, but we’ll see once WordPress and Genesis release the new versions they’ve been working on.
