It looks like Column Classes were added to the Customizer > Additional CSS page. Do you remember adding this? Was there any specific reason?

We already have Column Classes added to the style.css file. It has what you have added in the Customizer, but it also has the code for when the site is being viewed on a Mobile Device (Responsive Mode). That’s what was missing in your Customizer code.

I went ahead and Commented that code out rather than just delete it (just in case you need something from it). That part should be working now.

Let me know once you test from your end.
