I don’t have access to a PC or Internet Explorer to know what it is for sure. But if you look at the demo – http://demo.appfinite.net/legacy does it show up the same way? If not, then there must be an error in the code somewhere possibly.
Can you look in your css in the home bottom section and add clear: both; to either the #home-bottom or #home-bottom .wrap and see if that fixes it?
