What @kronos is saying is that it’s not located in the theme, the original code is located in the Genesis Framework. The link above from StudioPress shows that you would need to add that code in your functions file, and it will filter the code in your footer. When he said “look in the footer section” he is referring to the section labeled Footer on that particular page. So you will be adding this code in your functions file, it’s not there by default. Make sense?
