I’m not an SEO expert, so I’m not really qualified to give SEO advice…..but if I were to guess, I doubt it would affect it in a negative way since everything is coded in the same way as StudioPress. StudioPress/Genesis are known for good SEO practices, so thats why I assume it should be fine.
