It definitely has to do with the fact that you’re using “position fixed”, “top”, etc…..not sure why it’s not working though, so I’d be the wrong person to ask.
You could add this to your css to override it –
.head-wrap .site-header {
background-color: #293f5e !important;
}
Other than that I have no idea.
