Let me first start off by offering you my sincere apologies. It’s amazing how you’re helping so many people on this forum for free in your own free time. As a father of three little children with responsibilities towards a community I understand the value of time. So knowing that you’re doing this in your free time I really truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help me.
It’s my misunderstanding that you are doing this as a job sort of like a customer service agent online. I had no idea that you’re doing this for free. I think my confusion came from buying the Genesis Framework from StudioPress who offer Unlimited Support. And the support can be requested through a support ticket. But they directed me toward this forum because my question was related to the Epik theme. Hence my misunderstanding.
I understand clearly now how the support on this forum works. Thank you for explaining and I hope you’ll accept my apologies.
