As mentioned above you’ll need to go through all of the floats in that section and change them to none.   I see that the “#header .menu” is still showing float: right;…..that should be none. The “#header .menu li” on line 303 is still set to float: left; …..that should be none as well……you may also want to add display: inline-block to that same line as well.  You won’t need to add !important, it will work without it.
