Reply To: Portfolio Image Sizes

This is a WordPress thing, the child theme doesn’t really create the images or the functionality that deals with images….it only tells WordPress what size (in general) to set them at for that particular template (Portfolio).

If you have images that are not the same size, and are completely opposite, (like short and wide mixed with tall and thin) then they won’t show up exactly the same. That’s just the way WordPress is setup. It’s not necessarily an issue or anything, but if you want all of your images to show up the same size then you’ll have to upload them at or near the same size. You would probably have to edit and resize them in whatever image editing software you’re using.
