I don’t think this is a theme issue. You may want to check with your host to make sure everything is installed and setup properly.
The only way it could be a theme issue is if you’ve added custom code somewhere and made an error….but that usually shows a php error message, and I don’t see one. So that’s why I’d recommend checking with your host.
