I have no clue what it could be, the only advice I have is to double check your settings and the Global settings of the plugin. It’s a 3rd party plugin from code canyon so I’m not as familiar with it. The Regenerate Thumbnails trick is really for the Genesis Slider, and other parts of the theme…..I’m not sure if it will affect the Layer Slider since it’s a different plugin.

They should have documentation in the settings section near the top. If you need to get support for it then you would have to purchase it from the developer on Code Canyon (I think it’s around $15). The reason you would have to pay for it is because it’s included with the Ally theme for free, but if you need support from the developers you would have to purchase it from them to get access to their forum. I’d double check your settings though just in case it’s something small.
