As with the “primary nav extras” I’d like to add a search box to the right hand side of the secondary menu at http://www.dentalholiday.co.uk where we’re using the Epik theme…
      How can it be done?

I’ve never actually used the plugin for the Primary Nav extras myself, but I have seen it recommended by other Genesis Developers……So I’m not really sure how to do it with the Secondary Nav. I tried searching around but I haven’t seen anything. I did see a couple plugins regarding the Primary nav, but they may be too old/outdated to work with the latest version of Genesis.

If anyone else knows of a way to do this please let us know.

          Hi Wes,
Thank you for your answer. I wasn’t referring to a plugin, but rather the built in feature with Genesis when you go to the settings. As long as I remember, there has always been a “primary nav extras” option, that offers date, twitter or a search bar to the Nav box.
I am just wondering how to get a nice small search box into the secondary nav area of the epik theme that we’re using….
          Any ideas?

I’m not sure, I’ve never done it or seen it done with Genesis (in reference to the Secondary Nav). I’ve heard there was a plugin that allows you to add things to the Primary Nav a long tine ago, but I don’t think they work with the latest version.
