      Hi,

First of all I am really sorry if I am just not understanding what needs to happen. What I am trying to do is change the text in the footer bar. I have seen the various posts on how to do this but I simply can not figure it out. I also checked the StudioPress tutorial and that too does not help.

Where is the content for the footer located? I think I have looked everywhere.

      My site: tandartspraktijkparklaan.nl

      Thanks in advance!

The content for the footer isn’t located inside of the Child theme (Epik) it’s actually located in the Genesis Framework (Parent Theme). This is the page that shows how to edit the footer area – http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/footer/#credits As you can see on the page, there are multiple ways to do it, depending on which part of the footer you want to edit.

Thanks… As I feared, it is easier than I thought. I will get to work with this now that I my brain has decided to understand it… 🙂

Yeah that’s what I love about Genesis, pretty much everything can be changed with a small set of code. Let any of us know if you run into any issues.
