Beaver Builder conflict with Aspire or Genesis?

I am using BeaverBuilder on a very long sales page, and a contact page on the Aspire theme. Twice now, there have been blips when the formating in BB totally disappears front end – and once back-end too. Then it came back on one page, but is now again missing totally front end.

I am going spare with this as just about to hand the site to the client and she is relying on the sales page for her new business. Is this something you have heard of happening with Aspire / Genesis? I wondered if there is some incompatibility issue going on here?
