Cannot get to the Ally theme support forum

It took me several attempts to log into the forum, but now that I’m here, I can’t get into the Ally Theme support forum in order to post a question. I can read the forum, but there’s no comment box for me to post a question. “Help!” she cried.

It’s probably your Browser Cache. If you hit your reload button it will clear your cache and it should show up.

Some users have this issue for some reason when they’re signed in. I think it’s a mix between the bbPress plugin or the W3 cache plugin…..but either way, reloading the page will fix it if you’re already logged in.

I’m not using either one of those plugins, but the reload worked this time around. Didn’t work during previous attempts.

Oh no I’m talking about this site uses the bbPress plugin for the forum and a Caching plugin as well…..I think that is why some users run into that issue. Still not sure just yet, but reloading works for now.
