Home › Community Forums › Epik Theme Support › Change the theme colour to something different by colour code?
Hi there,
Working on a couple of sites using Epik and both would like to change the main theme colour to their brand colour.
Is it possible to change the colour code for one of the colour options (for example to make the green option a darker green by relating this to a different RGB code somewhere?)
If so please could you let me know how.
Many thanks,
Lee
Yes you can, but you’ll have to be familiar with CSS. All you would do is go through each line in the Green section of the style.css file and change the background colors to the colors you want.

Thanks for your help.
I can’t see how to edit the CSS for this theme, I only have the Jetpack option to make additional changes (rather than seeing the whole thing).
I suppose I could do do this via FTP. Would be easier if someone with access to Epik’s CSS could work out what I need to add via the Edit CSS Jetpack option?
Thanks for any help,
Lee
Yes, you could make edits to your css through FTP or just have your developer do it, and that should work fine. Most developers make edits to theme files through FTP anyways since it’s much safer in case a mistake is made in the code.
